As a Scaffolding Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of scaffolding projects. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately estimate the materials, labour, and equipment required for each project, contributing to our commitment to delivering top-notch scaffolding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

– Review project specifications and blueprints to understand the scope of work.
– Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather project requirements and specifications.
– Conduct site visits to assess the site conditions and any potential challenges.
– Prepare detailed and accurate estimates, labour costs, and equipment requirements.
– Prepare and submit competitive bids to clients within specified deadlines.
– Evaluate subcontractor quotes and negotiate contracts when necessary.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
