CISRS Instructor required (Derby + UK Travel required) Please, submit your CV online: https://www.enigma-is.com/submit-cv/ or email: recruit@enigma-is.com Enigma Industrial Services are seeking to recruit an additional CISRS Instructor (CISRS approved Part 1 and Part 2 instructor) from April 2026 at our Enigma-is Training Centre in Derby to share their skills and experience with apprentices progressing in our industry. Candidates must be based within a commutable distance of our Enigma-is Training Centre in Derby and travel to provide on-site training throughout the business. The Role To deliver CISRS approved suite of courses within the given subject area at Enigma-is Training Centre in Derby and field based in a consistent, professional way which reflects Enigma-IS business integrity and culture. • To deliver courses as required in line with CISRS and accrediting body requirements • To support customers during course delivery as appropriate • To obtain positive customer feedback following course completion in line with KPIs set within the personal development plan • To participate in standardisation and continuing professional development events as required • To provide support to trainees and existing Instructor/Assessors as appropriate • To support department growth through technical input to new courses, training standards, customer meetings, and the continual improvement of existing courses. • Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment. • Apply CISRS and where appropriate Enigma-IS Policies and Procedures. • Ensure that all Enigma-IS quality and operational procedures are adhered to at all times. • Maintain and embrace ownership of departmental policies and procedures. Qualifications • Level 3 teacher training or equivalent. • CISRS Advanced Card holder. • Level 3 First Aid at Work. • NEBOSH National General Certificate (desirable). Courses initially required to deliver include: • CISRS suite of scaffolding courses inc. CPD, COTS, BSI, Part 1, Part 2, etc. • Relevant trade, technical and knowledge tests. • Other scaffolding-related short courses as required.
