Position Operations Director
Ultimate Access Solutions Limited (UAS) is a NASC accredited company that seeks to recognise talent that can enhance our proven capabilities and introduce fresh ideas to our ambitious plans. We are based in Tulse Hill and service clients across London and surrounding areas.
The Operations Director will oversee the daily operational management of UAS and execute on our corporate strategies. Reporting directly to the Owner, you will ensure that we operate efficiently and you will foster positive customer engagement. You will have experience working within a management team while having the autonomy to act on behalf of UAS.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, direct, and oversee the operational activities for our projects
* Oversee site logistics and workforce allocation
* Collaborate closely with the Owner to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with our objectives
* Enforce compliance with our policies and codes
* Ensure compliance with legislation, industry standards and best practices
* Promote a “best in class” safety culture
* Lead, coach, and develop supervisors by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
* Recruit individuals into the company that will enhance our skills base
* Represent UAS with clients and maintain collaborative relationships
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the management team and the workforce
