Part 1 – Part 2 – Advanced Scaffolders

Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and experienced Scaffolders at Part 1, Part 2, and Advanced levels to join our team. You will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures of varying complexity, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Part 1 Scaffolder:
Assist in the erection, alteration, and dismantling of basic scaffolding structures.
Load and unload scaffolding equipment from trucks and storage areas.
Carry and arrange scaffold materials at the worksite.
Perform basic scaffolding tasks under the supervision of senior scaffolders.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Part 2 Scaffolder:
Erect, alter, and dismantle more complex scaffolding structures independently.
Supervise and mentor Part 1 scaffolders, providing guidance and training as needed.
Interpret scaffolding drawings accurately.
Ensure effective communication with the Site Supervisor and other team members.
Maintain detailed records of scaffolding work, including inspections and alterations.

Advanced Scaffolder:
Take responsibility for the most complex and high-risk scaffolding structures.
Lead a team of scaffolders, providing expert guidance and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Plan and execute scaffolding projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Conduct advanced safety inspections and risk assessments.
Work closely with Site Supervisors and Project Managers to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
Provide training and mentoring to Part 1 and Part 2 scaffolders.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to scaffolding structures on site.
