We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Hire Controller to lead and transform our Plant and PPE desk operations. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional to make a lasting impact by implementing new systems, processes, and strategies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

The Role:

As the Senior Hire Controller, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping our Plant and PPE desk operations to better meet the needs of our growing business. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the transformation of the Plant and PPE desk, introducing streamlined processes and innovative solutions.
Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient allocation, tracking, and maintenance of equipment and rentals.
Collaborating with construction teams and building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Resolving enquiries efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
Maintaining accurate records and implementing robust systems for tracking asset availability and condition.
Ensuring all equipment is fit for purpose and proactively managing inventory.
Supervising and mentoring one direct report, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
